That very scientist rang a bell about more zoonotic viruses that can transmit from animal to humans and may generate threat to humanity. In a dire warning to the whole globe, the doctor who discovered Ebola spoke to a liable source in the DRC’s capital, Kinshasa, and cautioned about several potentially deadly viruses that are likely to take place in the upcoming months.

Professor Jean-Jacques Muyembe Tamfum sounded an alarm about many diseases that can pose mysterious health and life risks. According to him, diseases such as yellow fever, all forms of influenza, rabies, brucellosis, and Lyme disease had all jumped from the rodents or insects to the humans and have led to an outbreak of pandemics

Another Doctor under the name of Dadin Bonkole, who currently tends to patients in a remote town in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC)  provided a similar warning about the unknown new pathogens that can spread ‘Disease X’ which is not so different from COVID19 as he stated.

He later on shared his scientific theories with the same source :

‘What if this unknown disease has transmissibility higher than the SRAS-CoV-2 and mortality rate worse than Ebola’s 90 percent?

adding :

‘It’s a scientific fear, based on scientific facts’

A Congolese woman is under treatment because she showed early symptoms of hemorrhagic fever. She might be infected by the novel « hypothetical » virus.

Mr Bonkole confessed that human beings should be scared as both Ebola and COVD-19 were previously unfamiliar. He has been treating a woman who showed early symptoms of hemorrhagic fever. This patient -according to the same source- lays on bed, wrangling two hopeless kids who wish to run away from the hospital room in Ingende (a remote town in the Democratic Republic of the Congo).

They are waiting for the results of a test for Ebola. Although The World Health Organization (WHO) officially announced the end of the Ebola outbreak this year in June 2020.

The patient can only communicate with her family through a plastic observation window. Her identity is secret, to protect her from being ostracized by locals. Her children have also been tested but, for now, no symptoms have popped up.

Will this virus cross the world?

But the questions that comes across everyone’s mind currently are:

« What if this woman does not have Ebola? What if, instead, she is patient zero of « Disease X » , the first known infection of a new pathogen that could that can put the world to an end. Is Disease « X » only a theory or a reality?
