There is nothing expensive about it. Plus, the cake is moist, soft and insanely delicious. We guarantee you will agree once you fill your mouth with it.

In addition to all what is mentioned above, chocolate cakes keep the brain healthy and improve the memory.

Here is our easy method

All you need is:

227g of plain flour

75g of unsweetened cocoa powder

1 and a half teaspoon of baking soda

1 teaspoon of salt

2 cups of sugar

2 large eggs

250ml of milk

125ml of vegetable oil

2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

250ml of boiling water to make the recipe stand out.

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

In a large bowl; combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder and salt. Then add the rest of the ingredients to the flour mixture and mix it all until it gets glossy.

Then pour your cake batter into a pan and bake it for 30 minutes.

If you want to check whether your cake is ready or not. We suggest you to gently insert a knife, skewer or simply a toothpick into it. If it comes out clean, your cake is ready. If it is not the case, then it needs a few more minutes in the oven.

Once your cake is fully baked, get it removed from the oven and allow it to cool.

As for the decoration, it is optional and it is no wonder that you can turn your cake into a masterpiece.

Place a plate over a pan that is filled with hot water, and put your chopped chocolate in the top of it. Then heat it and stir to make sure the chocolate is evenly melted. (Always work on low heat)

And then mix your chocolate with cream or vanilla yogurt and spread it over the cake.

Enjoy it!
